TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

          I hereby declare that the development or a design of a new tail-less sailplane which I shall direct or participate in, is in no way connected with, nor utilizes the data compiled in the type record for the certification of the BKB-1 Sailplane by the Department of Transport in Canada.

         Consequently, 1) This new design shall not bear BKB designation; 2) shall be separately certified by the U.S. authorities without reference to or reliance on the technical data contained in the type record for the BKB-1 as presented to the Department of Transport.
